    Includes up to 4 hours per month

    Service Includes

    • Secure keyholding

    • Weekly internal and external property inspections

    • Collection and management of post and correspondence

    • Monitoring of heating, utilities, Wi-Fi and alarms

    • Watering of house plants

    • Home preparation prior to your arrival

    • Meeting trusted contractors and service providers

    • Coordination of routine maintenance

    • Visitor access arrangements

    Additional Time

    £75 per hour

    Contractor & Project Management

    15% management fee on services arranged and overseen on your behalf

    Includes up to 8 hours per month

    Everything included within Silver Key, plus:

    • More frequent property visits

    • Household administration

    • Guest and family support

    • Shopping and personal errands

    • Enhanced contractor coordination

    • Support with larger maintenance projects

    • Additional preparation before and after visits

    Additional Time

    £50 per hour

    Contractor & Project Management

    10% management fee on services arranged and overseen on your behalf

    • Priority support and availability

    • Enhanced property oversight

    • Regular contractor supervision

    • Vehicle maintenance management

    • Battery monitoring and charging

    • MOT and servicing coordination

    • Vehicle collection and delivery

    • Pre-arrival vehicle valeting

    • Additional household administration

    Airport Vehicle Service

    To make your transport to and from the airport effortless:

    • Airport vehicle collection and return

    • Vehicle checked, cleaned and fuelled ahead of arrival

    Additional Time

    £50 per hour

    Contractor & Project Management

    Pricing will depend on the duration of absence, visit frequency and individual requirements.
